Option of Delivery or Self Pick Up

Once you’ve made your order online, please select an option whether to deliver your item(s) to you or you’d like to pick up at our store at 16, Jln Setia Dagang AK U13/AK, Setia Alam, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor.

Please note that specific items may not be delivered within the specified delivery time frame due to unavailability of stocks.


Delivery

Klang Valley

3 Days Shipping via Courier
Orders within Klang Valley but not within Coverage Areas will be shipped via courier service, lead time delivery within the next 3 business days.


Outstations

Peninsular Malaysia
We ship most items across Peninsular Malaysia within 3 working days. Working days include Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

East Malaysia (Sarawak, Sabah, Labuan)
We ship most items to East Malaysia within 3 to 7 working days. Working days include Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Courier Services
We partner with Poslaju, GD Express, SkyNet Worldwide for West Malaysia & East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) to ship your packages. You'll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will confirm a consignment note & live tracking. You may notice the tracking status might have not updated or slightly delayed. That's because the most couriers will only update tracking status on the next processing day.


Ensuring an On-Time Delivery
Please ensure the delivery address, receiver’s name and contact numbers are accurate and complete (including any business name if delivering to a work address) so that the delivery can be made on schedule. You can also specify a different delivery address while ordering and have your order delivered to your workplace or to your friends.


Delivery
Please note that time-scales for delivery and delivery charges will vary depending on the availability of the items ordered, and your address. Please allow for extra time for deliveries to outside of the Kuala Lumpur metro area. We cannot accept orders from or deliver to addresses outside Malaysia. Please ensure that you have provided complete delivery address.


If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our delivery partner will make a maximum of two delivery attempts before returning the order to us, in which case, we reserve the right to consider that you have rejected delivery and that the Contract is therefore cancelled. In the event of cancellation of the Contract for non-delivery, kindly contact us within 2 weeks, or else your item will be forfeited.


Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the item(s) to the address you gave us when placing your order. You own the item(s) once we have received payment in full from you in respect of such item(s) - unless and until the Contract is cancelled, in which case ownership of the item(s) reverts to us on our refund to you in respect of the cancelled item(s). The item(s) will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery of such item(s).

If our delivery tracking system trace your address was incorrect postcode key-in , we have the right to change your delivery mode ,
